      • Under Age 18
        Incontinence Supplies Program (for children and youth with disabilities)
        Formerly known as ADP (Assistant Devices Program). This grant is administered by the Easter Seals Society and is issued twice a year and is available to all Ontario parents/guardians who use incontinence products(diapers, pullups, pads, catheters, creams etc) to treat their child's incontinence. Generally for children ages of 3-17, but children under the age of 3 may qualify if they have special needs such as catheters. This grant is funded entirely by the Ontario Government. Grant levels depend upon the age of the child. Please email Joanna Macher or call 1-888-ESS-KIDS (1-888-377-5437) for more information on how to apply for this program. Additional financial assistance may also be funded under the ACSD (Assistance to Children with Severe Disabilities) through the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services.

    • Herbie Fund - This fund is established to help international patients come to The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto for much needed medical procedure/surgeries that are not available in their own country.
